Receive professional training to get familiar with machine structure, control system and operating procedures. Learn functions of all buttons and handles and master standard operations.

Keep the workplace tidy and clear sundries and scraps to reduce accidents and operational interference.

Inspect the machine

Check operating status and key parts such as cutters, fixtures and spindles for damage and looseness prior to startup.

Firmly clamp workpieces

Secure workpieces tightly on fixtures to prevent displacement and sliding during processing.

Set proper machining parameters

Configure rotating speed, feed rate and cutting depth according to workpiece materials and processing requirements, avoiding excessive cutting and overload.

Monitor processing progress

Keep observing machine running condition. Stop the machine timely once abnormal noise, vibration, smoke or peculiar smell occurs.

Follow standard procedures

Operate in correct sequence. Avoid abrupt actions, rapid component movement and unauthorized parameter modification.

Concentrate on operation and eliminate distractions.

Emergency handling

Be familiar with emergency stop button and response protocols. Press the button immediately in emergencies, then give alarms and cut off power supply.
